This website does not collect any information about you.
We hold a list of our members, including names, addresses and other contact details and subscriptions paid. This list is kept private to officers of the Association and is not made available to anyone else. We may occasionally use it to contact our members about things that may interest them, such as the activities of other twinning organisations. Information on past members is retained until we think that they are unlikely to rejoin.
We hold lists of people and organisations that have taken part in links with Düsseldorf or that we think might be willing to do so in future, or that we wish to inform about our activities. These lists are kept private to officers of the Association and are not made available to anyone else. If you believe that you are on such a list and wish to be removed from it, please inform the Chairman.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you may request a copy of any information held about you by the Association. Any such request should be made in writing to the Chairman.
